Service Level Agreement.

The Provider (Philipp Schuler, operating as a sole proprietorship) strives to maintain high availability for the AuditStay platform on a best-effort basis.

Service Availability

The Provider strives to maintain high availability for the AuditStay platform. However, because the service is hosted on local physical hardware and relies on residential/business internet infrastructure in Affoltern, Switzerland, all uptime targets are provided only on a "best-effort" basis. No specific uptime targets are guaranteed, and no service credits or refunds are issued for downtime.

Exclusions

Downtime resulting from scheduled maintenance, internet service provider outages in Affoltern, Switzerland, hardware degradation over time, or third-party cloud failures (e.g., Stripe, Google) is explicitly excluded from any service targets.

Technical support is provided via email on a best-effort, non-immediate basis during standard European business hours.
