Data Processing Agreement.
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") governs the processing of visual data by Philipp Schuler ("Processor") on behalf of the Client ("Controller") for the purpose of executing automated property audits via the AuditStay platform.
Subject Matter & Duration
The Processor (Philipp Schuler) shall process visual data on behalf of the Controller (Client) solely for the purpose of executing automated property audits. Processing is limited to a rolling 120-day lifecycle, after which data is purged.
Authorized Processing
The Processor processes data strictly according to the automated functionalities of the software as utilized by the Controller. The Controller grants general authorization for the Processor to engage the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy.

Security Measures (TOMs)
The Processor implements physical and digital security measures proportionate to the risk of operating localized infrastructure in Affoltern, Switzerland, including:
Should a data subject (e.g., a guest or cleaning staff member) contact the Processor directly regarding their data rights, the Processor will immediately forward the request to the Controller and assist the Controller in deleting the specific 120-day records if legally required.
